w.i.w.t. | it's tea(dress) time

leather boots c/o new look | dress + cardigan : primark | hat*: asos (river island)

yep. another bloody tea dress. i suspect i have this in every colour way now, except that black ditzy print that was doing the rounds a month or two back. although, once it's on sale, that's mine too. ha. is it just me who struggles with the static on this bastard dresses though? my lord, even with a body con slip underneath, this one is terrible for the static cling. so unideal. everyone near me when i wear this has the unfortunate chance to view my knickers.

you might remember these boots from earlier in the week - and here's me modelling them in a *completely different way*. except, hardly. still, something about these chelsea boots is bringing the total fall styling demon out of the closest. in fact, i'd have to say that aw is my favourite season to style. probably not for the colours it brings (orange, ew), but for the need to add more and more and more to an outfit. i love a layer, me.

so, uhm, fair to say you'll be seeing more of these boots guys.
sorry not sorry. bring on the leaves!

  1. Bloody love Chelsea boots. I can't remember whose blog I said this on before, but my first school shoes were Chelsea boots which put me off for ages, but now I want them again!

  2. I love your hat- such a cute color! I'm obsessed with ankle boots like this, and to be honest I was guilty of wearing mine most of the summer :)

  3. Those boots are such a good classic black boot, which is something I still need to get for this fall. I have brown covered but no black. Also you can rock hats like no other I swear.
P.S. I was walking today and totally gave everyone a free show of my undies, thanks to my backpack making my dress ride up. I literally had someone say Hey Hey! To me. I swear we are still sisters from another mister across the pond from one another.

  5. This might make me sound crazy, but for dresses that tend to get static badly, I spray the inside of them with hairspray before I put them on. x
